Thursday is the day where we will try to pick most of you up by bus. Antony is required to be at my city and report to the Police, and I believe boys (Luton & Martin) will join him. After we have a rehearsal at the Cathedral and at 7pm we will be on the way to Prague to pick you up guys.

The first stop will be at Hilton Prague Hotel, Pobřežní 311/1, 186 00 Praha (be careful as they are 2 Hiltons in Prague!!!) We will be picking up following people: Anne & Thomas, Michelle, Shane & Anh, Tiernan, Jean, Paul, Rhys & Gemma, Stuart, Lara, Barbara and Heike.

 

Please be there with your luggages by 8.30pm as bus will leave at 9pm and will NOT wait for anybody.     Our bus is pictured so you can't miss us :)

After that, we are going to the airport to pick the rest of you up. The last flight is at 9:35pm, so wil be getting there for 10pm, leaving straight after the last flight. After picking Andrea (7pm arrival); Barry & Jane (7.30pm); Michael (7.30pm) and Kate, Rado & their little one (9.35pm) we will all be heading to the venues. PLEASE BE IN THE HALL BY THE ARRIVALS, ILONA WILL PICK YOU UP AND LEAD YOU TO THE BUS.

 

We will get to the venues around midnight. There are some beverages available for purchase, so have Czech coins ready.

 

The 1st stop is at the Penzion Pluto, Pardubická 200, Srch 533 52 where following guests are staying: Michael, Andrea, Shane & Anh, Gareth & Hela, Barry & Jane, Barbara, Rhys & Gemma, Heike and Jean.

 

Then we will be heading to the main venue Restaurace Pod Kunětickou Horou, Raby, Stare Hradiště - Pardubice 34, 533 52 to accommodate the rest: Antony & Ilona, Michelle, Thomas & Anne, Stuart & Lara, Martin, Luton, Tiernan and Paul.

 

And lastly the bus will drop Kate and Rado to their hotel accommodation straight after that.

 

PLEASE DO CHECK THE ACCOMMODATION PART AS I ADDED ALL THE DETAILS INCLUDING ROOM NUMBERS. CAN YOU ALL CHECK THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES AND SHOULD THERE BE ANY MISTAKES, PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW ASAP. THANK YOU!

As Gareth & Hela (10:35pm) and Silvia (11:40pm) have later flights and we are already waiting for long time, they will be picked up by my dad at midnight. He will be waiting in the hall by the arrivals with your names sign. I am sorry but he does not speak english.
